These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of cozyglow.rest, including all purchases made through the website.

By visiting our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout.

CozyGlow sells night lights, LED lamps, motion sensor lights, bedside lighting, ambient lights, and related products.

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. However:

Screen settings may affect the appearance of colours;
Measurements may vary slightly;
Packaging may change;
Minor design updates may occur;
Product photographs may include decorative items not included in the purchase;
Features may vary by model, plug type, voltage, colour, or product option.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product specifications before ordering, including voltage, plug type, dimensions, power requirements, intended use, and included accessories.

4. Electrical Product Safety

Products must be used only:

In accordance with the instructions provided;
With a compatible voltage and power supply;
In suitable indoor or outdoor conditions, as specified;
With appropriate adult supervision where children are present;
Without unauthorized alterations or repairs.

Do not use electrical products that are damaged, wet, overheated, cracked, exposed, or producing smoke, sparks, unusual odours, or excessive heat.

CozyGlow products are not medical devices, emergency lighting systems, fire-safety systems, or substitutes for professional electrical installations unless expressly stated.

5. Prices and Payments

Prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown at checkout.

You agree to pay:

The listed product price;
Applicable taxes;
Any optional service selected by you;
Customs duties, import charges, or local fees where applicable.

CozyGlow offers free standard worldwide shipping.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product, or availability errors before fulfilling an order. Where an error materially affects an order, we may contact you for confirmation or cancel and refund the order.

Mandatory charges should be disclosed before purchase. Canadian competition guidance prohibits advertising an unattainable price by adding unavoidable non-governmental fixed fees later in the transaction.

6. Orders and Acceptance

An order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted or shipped.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order because of:

Product unavailability;
Suspected fraud;
Payment failure;
Incorrect pricing;
Delivery restrictions;
Unusual order quantities;
Legal or safety concerns;
Inaccurate customer information.

If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated standard delivery is generally 7–10 business days after shipment unless otherwise displayed.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Delays may occur because of customs, carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, remote locations, incorrect addresses, or events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Returns and Refunds

Eligible purchases may be returned within 30 days of delivery under our Return and Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on cozyglow.rest, including:

Brand names;
Logos;
Product descriptions;
Graphics;
Photographs;
Videos;
Page designs;
Text;
Icons;
Marketing materials;

is owned by CozyGlow, licensed to CozyGlow, or used with permission.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, publish, scrape, or commercially exploit website content without prior written authorization.

10. Customer Reviews and Submissions

When you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that:

You own or have permission to submit it;
It does not infringe another person’s rights;
It is not deceptive, defamatory, unlawful, or harmful;
It does not contain malicious code or confidential information.

You grant CozyGlow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and publish the submission for business and promotional purposes, subject to applicable privacy law.

Our store may use Shopify and third-party providers for hosting, payments, analytics, advertising, shipping, customer support, and other services.

Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. CozyGlow is not responsible for third-party content or services outside our reasonable control.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

Website access will always be uninterrupted;
Every error will be corrected immediately;
Product availability will remain unchanged;
Delivery will occur on an exact date;
A product will be suitable for a purpose not stated in its description.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CozyGlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from:

Improper product use;
Use with incompatible voltage or power sources;
Unauthorized modification or repair;
Failure to follow instructions;
Carrier delays;
Third-party services;
Loss of data, profits, opportunity, or business.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CozyGlow harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or misuse of a product.

This obligation does not apply where prohibited by law.

Changes will not retroactively reduce rights already attached to a completed purchase where prohibited by law.

These Terms, together with our other posted policies, form the entire agreement relating to your use of the website and purchases from CozyGlow.
