Thank you for shopping at CozyGlow. We want you to feel confident and satisfied when purchasing our night lights, LED lamps, ambient lighting products, and related accessories.

This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which products purchased through cozyglow.rest may be returned, replaced, or refunded.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

CozyGlow offers free returns and refunds within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of confirmed delivery;
  • Be unused, undamaged, and in substantially the same condition in which it was received;
  • Include all original components, accessories, manuals, remote controls, cables, packaging, and promotional items;
  • Not show signs of misuse, improper installation, modification, liquid damage, impact damage, or unauthorized repair;
  • Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase.

We may inspect returned products before approving a refund.

2. How to Request a Return

Please include:

  • Your full name;
  • Order number;
  • Email address used to place the order;
  • Name of the product;
  • Reason for the return;
  • Photographs or video when the product is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.

Please do not return any product before receiving return instructions from our customer support team. Unauthorized returns may be delayed, refused, or sent back to the customer.

3. Free Return Shipping

Approved returns submitted within the 30-day return period qualify for free return shipping.

Where available, we will provide a prepaid return label or alternative return instructions. The customer must follow the instructions provided and ship the product within the stated return window.

CozyGlow is not responsible for products returned to an incorrect address, products sent without authorization, or packages lost because the customer did not use the approved return method.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order shortly after delivery.

Contact us promptly if your product:

  • Arrives damaged;
  • Does not function as reasonably expected;
  • Is missing parts or accessories;
  • Is materially different from the product ordered;
  • Is the wrong model, colour, plug type, voltage, or variation.

We may request photographs, a short video, packaging images, or other reasonable information to verify the issue.

After reviewing the claim, we may offer:

  • A replacement product;
  • Replacement parts;
  • A full refund;
  • A partial refund, where appropriate;
  • Another solution agreed upon with the customer.

Do not use a product that appears damaged, overheated, cracked, exposed, electrically unsafe, or otherwise hazardous. Disconnect it from power and contact us immediately.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

To request cancellation, email support@cozyglow.rest as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered fulfilment or has been transferred to a carrier.

Once an order has shipped, it must be handled through the standard return process.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Returns may be refused for:

  • Products returned after the 30-day period;
  • Products damaged through misuse, improper voltage, improper installation, neglect, accident, or unauthorized modification;
  • Products with missing parts, accessories, packaging, or identification labels;
  • Clearance or final-sale products clearly identified as non-returnable before purchase, except where required by law;
  • Gift cards or store credits;
  • Products returned without proof of purchase;
  • Products purchased from a third party rather than cozyglow.rest.

This section does not limit any rights available under applicable consumer protection law.

7. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, and country.

Original shipping charges are not applicable because CozyGlow provides free standard worldwide shipping.

Any expedited shipping fee, optional service fee, currency conversion charge, customs charge, or government-imposed tax may be non-refundable unless required by applicable law or caused by an error by CozyGlow.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If an approved refund has not appeared:

  1. Check your bank or payment account again;
  2. Contact your card issuer or payment provider;
  3. Allow any stated processing period to pass;
  4. Contact us at support@cozyglow.rest.

9. Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for eligible products, subject to availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may issue a refund or allow the customer to select another product of comparable value.

10. Legal Rights

This policy is intended to supplement, not replace, rights available under applicable consumer protection law.

Certain online purchases in British Columbia may carry statutory cancellation or refund rights in defined circumstances, including some cases involving required contract information or failure to supply goods within the applicable period.
